Tuesday, September 1, 2009 The Accokeek Volunteer Fire Department and Ladies Auxillary would like to thank everyone that made this past softball weekend a success. There were many teams that played in the tournament but as we all know only one can come out on top.  This year the team that came in first place was DUNKIRK VFD.  congratulations and thanks for joining us in our weekend of fun.  Second place goes to the PGPD team and third place goes to Greenbelt VFD.  Special thanks to the BADEN VFD for letting use the softball fields and providing us with delicious refreshments.
