I would like to thank everyone who has been stepping up to the plate lately. We have been running a lot of calls and a few working fires. And still we still keep the station/hall clean, apparatus clean, the outside of the buildings and work our functions. To say the least, this takes a lot of effort and I wish to "THANK" each and everyone of you for continued VOLUNTEER SERVICE that you provide to Accokeek, PG County and Charles County. Just want to say hi to all the AVFD members and past members. Sorry to hear about Ida Mae. My brother Ray informed me as to Ida Mae passing. She will be greatly missed. Hey Kat, thanks for the invite to the Blood Drive for Brian yesterday... Glad that you and Jeremiah went and represented those of us who could not make it yesterday. So glad to see him making so many accomplishments. Goes to show that every life we save or touch really does make a difference. That sure will be a run that I will never forget. He is very lucky to be with us today, and glad to see he is making every minute of it worth it for himself, his family, and those who responded to his side that day. Keep up the Good Work!!!
